ABOUT
I am PhD candidate at the University of Cincinnati studying bioacoustics with a MS in Biology.

I am a member of University of Cincinnati FETCHLAB (Facility for Education and Testing of Canine Hearing and Laboratory for Animal Bioacoustics) where I have received training in Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (BAER) testing on a variety of mammals using both air-conduction (elephants, walruses, dogs) and bone-conduction (dogs, phocid seals, and manatees). I also have received training for measuring and analyzing noise levels present in animal habitats as part of noise mitigation efforts at Georgia Aquarium, Newport Aquarium, and Cincinnati Zoo.

Research interests include: Acoustic Ecology, Mammal Hearing & Communication (Bioacoustics), Conservation Biology, and Anatomy & Physiology of Mammalian Senses
